Gwocu offers you the unique ability to create your own chatbot(s) and be able to train them with your own documentation.
What do you get?
When you order one or more chatbots through our AI services plan you will get a URL and sign in credentials mailed to you. With this information you will be able to sign in into your chatbot administrator module. The chatbot administrator module will contain by default one chatbot. Depending on your plan you will be able to register multiple chatbots and make users for each of them. Each chatbot will get a unique URL. You can use this URL to embed the chatbot into your wiki or website using an iframe. See also our supported channels for other embedding options.
As the administrator of your Chatbot Administrator Module and depending on your purchased plan you will be able to create other administrators or other regular users.

Each created chatbot will get a unique URL from which it can be accessed. It will give precise answers based on the documentation it was trained on. If it cannot find the answer in the documentation it will give an answer based on the OpenAI knowledge base. It will also often combine both knowledge bases to answer a more broadly framed question.

Depending on your purchased plan you can get access to our full range of APIS. With these APIS you can create your own Chatbot Administrative Modules and your own chatbots or chatbot channels. So with one API you could create a chatbot and with another API call you could crawl a complete website and train this chatbot on the website. Please consult our API section for more details.
